3D Printing

BACKGROUND

I have been fortunate to be exposed to a wide variety of 3D printing in aerospace. Starting with EOS DMLM metal machines, Velo3D sapphire metal additive products, and finally the Stratasys Fortus 450, 900 and their f370 FDM machines.

From production aerospace flight hardware, to jigs and tools, and of course prototyping – I have been able to be a part of thousands of part prints and the process to make it all happen.

Materials include ploymers (Ultem 9080 and 1010, Nylon 12CF, ASA, ABS, etc. And metals such as Cobalt Chrome, Titanium, Inconel, Aluminum, and several other alloys.
