Feb 2019, we decided to try camping at our property in Fairplay Colorado. The snow up there was much deeper than expected and a vehicle had to be winched out. The temps that night hit -5 deg F!
Christian and I, along with some friends from Boom built a snow cave, had some stew and froze our water that night. The next morning we dug out and went home.
